City Manager (Demand)

Own the city P&L , driving growth, efficiency, and profitability. Lead and scale offline retail operations across city hubs and experience centres. Build and execute the city business roadmap , aligned with national priorities and local market needs. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through data-driven insights and operational excellence. Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing sales and customer experience teams . Drive city-level pilots, GTM initiatives, and category expansion while ensuring process discipline and quality. 4–8 years of experience in sales, operations, or strategy, preferably in FMCG, consumer tech, or high-growth environments, with strong business acumen, people leadership, and a bias for action.
