About the Role

• We are looking for a

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphics for
• social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives

• Support the team in designing social media posts, banners, presentations, infographics, and other creative assets.
• Work with different teams to understand design requirements and turn ideas into engaging visuals.
• Follow and maintain
• Solvative and Peerfives brand guidelines
• across creative work.
• Make design changes based on feedback and ensure final assets are clean and polished.
• Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
• Explore new design trends, tools, and
• AI-powered creative tools

• Support the design team with day-to-day creative requirements.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of tools such as

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva

• , or similar.
• Good understanding of basic design principles, including
• typography, color, layout, and composition

• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
