About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our team at Solvative. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of visual communication, and the ability to work across a variety of creative projects.
You will work closely with
Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams, as well as the leads
, to create high-quality visual collateral for
Solvative and Peerfives
- , including social media, presentations, websites, campaigns, and events.
- The role requires someone who can adapt their design approach to different brands and audiences creating
- professional and polished designs for Solvative
- , while also developing creative and engaging content for
- Peerfives and its initiatives, products, and campaigns
- .
Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics and visual collateral for
- social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives
- .
- Develop presentations, banners, social media posts, infographics, and other digital and print assets.
Collaborate with
- Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams and leads
- to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across Solvative and Peerfives while adapting designs to different audiences and communication needs.
- Manage multiple design requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver work within timelines.
- Incorporate feedback and ensure final designs meet the required quality and brand standards.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
- Stay updated with evolving
- design trends, creative tools, and AI-powered design workflows

Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience
- in graphic design.
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
- , and other relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Good understanding of
- typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
- .
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
- Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Good to Have
Basic
- video editing
- skills.
- Basic knowledge of
Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- is a plus.
- Experience creating and supporting
- social media content
- is a plus.
- Basic understanding of
- UI/UX design

Familiarity with
- AI tools for design, content creation, and creative workflows
