Forex Solutions Advisor Job Summary: This position is responsible to grow the Foreign Exchange (FX) and Multi-currency Investments through branches in support of the flows business by implementing local area plans and portfolio coverage strategies . Key Responsibilities: Implement strategies to achieve income and volume targets. Distribute targets across assigned areas. Execute local activities to increase branch reach. Build and maintain relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and branch staff. Provide regular production and performance reports to branches. Conduct branch training sessions and workshops. Gather feedback from branches and recommend improvements. Support local marketing activities and promotions. Guide branches on compliant and ethical treasury solutions. Monitor performance and ensure targets are achieved. Manage expenses effectively to maximize results. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's Degree in a related field is an advantage. Knowledge of Treasury, Financial Markets, and Capital Markets. SEC Fixed Income Salesman certification is an advantage. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills.
