GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer Years of Experience Required 5+ Years Job Position Senior Associate Job Location Kolkata Job Description We are seeking a GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Azure AI services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent applications, multi-agent workflows, and scalable AI solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design and develop GenAI applications using LLMs and Foundation Models. Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions with autonomous and multi-agent workflows. Develop RAG-based solutions integrating enterprise data sources. Implement prompt engineering, model orchestration, and agent frameworks. Integrate AI solutions with Azure cloud services and enterprise applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. Monitor, optimize, and evaluate AI model performance, quality, and cost. Ensure responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance standards are followed. Maintain technical documentation and support production deployments. Work in Agile environments including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Mandatory Skill Sets Strong experience with Generative AI , LLMs , and Foundation Models . Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service . Experience building Agentic AI and multi-agent applications using frameworks such as: LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel AutoGen / CrewAI Experience with RAG architectures , vector databases, and embeddings. Strong proficiency in Python . Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture. Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI guardrails. Experience with Azure services such as: Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio Azure OpenAI Azure AI Search Azure Functions Azure Storage Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices. Good to Have Skill Sets Fine-tuning and customization of LLMs. Knowledge of multimodal AI solutions. Experience with Databricks, Fabric, or Snowflake. Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Power BI integration with AI solutions. MLOps / LLMOps tools and practices. Preferred Skill Sets Hands-on experience in building enterprise-scale GenAI solutions. Strong understanding of Agentic AI patterns and orchestration. Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search. Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI observability, and model monitoring. Experience integrating AI solutions with business applications and workflows.
