Majas Bus Depot, Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai – 400060 Job Responsibilities: Implementing Sustainability programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness. MIS for Environment parameters: Data collection and maintaining dashboard, data interpretation and analysis, reporting on GHG emissions, energy, waste, water KPIs on a monthly basis. ESG Scorecard reporting – Data mgmt. and report org, ESG scorecard as per latest Sustainability Reporting as per GRI and BRSR guidelines/standards. Research Conducting secondary research and benchmarking exercises for best practices in aspects in various industries on ESG parameters; documenting and providing conclusions and constructive suggestions w.r.t. gap analysis and indicative actions for implementation Environmental data platform mgmt. – Coordination with IT to develop internal tool for tracking environmental KPIs for sites. Additionally, deployment of sustainability data management and monitoring system (Corporate Sustainability Software Sphera). Client’s engagement on ESG data – Ongoing co-ordination with Marketing, Sales and Business team to address client’s request for ESG data for MLL operations. Drive Site Environment Champions Network - A. Coordination, follow up with all location’s environment SPOCs for monthly report. B. Support induction program for new site champions ongoing basis on data collection tool. C. Regularise sessions with site SPOCs and Central sustainability team on quarterly basis and support on content development for the session. D. Ideation and support environment campaigns, contest, R&R initiatives for site champions. Stakeholder’s coordination – Ongoing collaborations with Business, HR, Operations, Company Secretary and CSR team for ESG reporting Functional Support – Support with various documentation, content development, internal communications/campaigns and ppt etc Vendor Mgmt. – In coordination with the procurement team lead the onboarding process for new vendor on sustainability agenda and collaborate with F&A for payment release etc. as needed. Readiness to learn and use SAP Desired Candidate Profile: • Understanding of all aspects of Sustainability with the capability of making statutory and voluntary disclosures i.e. GRI-G4/ Standards, BRSR, TCFD, CDP, EcoVadis, CDP Supply chain etc., and their strategic context to business. Well-versed with working on Word, Excel and PowerPoint Team player, collaborative and learning mindset, multi-tasking Min. 4-6 yrs experience in environmental and sustainability data mgmt. and reporting in SEBI listed organizations, preferably in transport, auto, manufacturing sector Excellent writing and comprehension skill in English language Experienced in data analysis and report writing Basic understanding of Life Cycle Assessments, Carbon pricing, Natural Capital Accounting, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), Carbon Neutrality, Net Zero etc.
