About The Role

We are currently looking for a

Process Analyst / Business Analyst (AI & Automation)

to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

  • Full-time
  • Freelance and Employment contract
  • Duration mission: September 2026 to December 2026 (extension possible)
  • Mainly on-site in Luxembourg (up to 40% remote work possible)

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess AI use cases, ensuring business value, prioritisation criteria and supporting documentation are complete and accurate
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and AI Champions to refine and qualify automation opportunities
  • Analyse business processes and document workflows, business rules and operational procedures
  • Produce process models, process diagrams and business requirements documentation
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and redesign processes to improve efficiency and automation readiness
  • Support the design and validation of AI-driven and UiPath automation solutions
  • Develop prototypes, mock-ups and prompts to facilitate solution validation and stakeholder feedback
  • Contribute to effort estimation, complexity assessment and implementation planning activities
  • Help define a prioritised automation pipeline and delivery roadmap

Technical skills

  • Business process analysis and process modelling
  • Requirements gathering and business requirements documentation
  • Knowledge of UiPath and intelligent automation solutions
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Agentic Automation concepts
  • Experience with process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Prototyping, mock-ups and iterative validation techniques
  • Agile delivery methodologies
  • Process documentation and workflow diagramming tools

Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in digital transformation, business process improvement or automation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Fluent English
