Process Analyst / Business Analyst at Cronos Europa

About The Role

We are currently looking for a

to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

Review and assess AI use cases, ensuring business value, prioritisation criteria and supporting documentation are complete and accurate
Collaborate with business stakeholders and AI Champions to refine and qualify automation opportunities
Analyse business processes and document workflows, business rules and operational procedures
Produce process models, process diagrams and business requirements documentation
Identify optimisation opportunities and redesign processes to improve efficiency and automation readiness
Support the design and validation of AI-driven and UiPath automation solutions
Develop prototypes, mock-ups and prompts to facilitate solution validation and stakeholder feedback
Contribute to effort estimation, complexity assessment and implementation planning activities
Help define a prioritised automation pipeline and delivery roadmap

3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role
Experience in digital transformation, business process improvement or automation projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a multi-stakeholder environment
Fluent English
