Learning and Development Trainer

A dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Trainer or equivalent. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating competency-based training programs that enhance employee skills, drive engagement, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for adult learning, curriculum development, and facilitation. Experience in graphic design is a plus. Job Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging training programs across various formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning). Assess training needs and create learning solutions to enhance employee performance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. Collaborate with department leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals. Reinforce current initiatives that support operational excellence. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, or related field. Proven experience in curriculum development, training facilitation, and instructional design. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficient in MS applications and training delivery platforms. Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. Background in graphic design is a plus.
