Aperam Services & Solutions Türkiye is hiring its Health & Safety - Quality - Environment Engineer !
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated talent engineer to take full responsibility for our company’s Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Management Systems at our Gebze Plant . In this role, you will support our business to be recognized by all stakeholders as a safe, high-quality service provider and an environmentally responsible company.

Integrated Management System: Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
HSE Policy & Corporate Standards: Ensure that the goals and requirements of the Company’s HSE Policy and associated Corporate/HQ Standards are fully achieved.
Safety & Prevention: Monitor the implementation of safety and loss prevention plans, actively promoting safe working attitudes among all personnel.
Trainings & Environmental Compliance: Conduct and coordinate required Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment trainings, and diligently follow up on environmental obligations.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide regular reports to senior management using TPM methodology .
Quality & Claims Management: Provide technical support to customers, follow up on customer claims, and manage suppliers’ quality claims.
Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Prepare and implement preventive and corrective actions regarding HSE and quality issues.
Innovation: Actively participate in innovative projects and operational improvement initiatives.

Skills

Autonomy & Judgment: Requires minimal supervision; ability to think independently, analyze complex situations, and carry out assignments in conformance with accepted policies.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to resolve work problems and deviations by exercising sound judgment and selecting appropriate guidelines.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative, innovative, and a collaborative team player in multidisciplinary environments.

Profile

Education: University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgical/Materials Engineering, or related engineering disciplines (Bachelor's or Master's).
Experience: 3 to 10 years of professional experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Certifications & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
Languages: Excellent command of English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Mobility & Logistics: Class B driving license.
No restriction to travel in or out of the country.
No obligation for military service (Completed or Exempt for male candidates).
Resident in or willing to commute to the Gebze region or Istanbul Asian Side.
