you

data

At
ProcDNA,
we’re
growing
our
Patient
Analytics
Team
and
are
looking
for
an
Engagement Lead
with
5+
years
of
hands-on
experience
in
patient
journey
analytics
within
the
pharma
space.
What
you’ll
do
Lead client discussions and deliver custom analytics solutions around patient journey
mapping,
treatment
progression,
and
behavior
segmentation.
Develop
and
validate
patient-level
datasets
by
integrating claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy dat
Translate
complex
data
into
actionable
insights
to support brand, access, and medical
strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including
commercial,
market
access,
and
field operation
Contribute
to
building
internal accelerators
for cohort
identification,
line-of-therapy
analytics,
and patient journey visualization
Must
have
4- 7 years of experience in patient-level
analytics
across
indications,
brands,
or
life
cycle stages
Strong
analytical
and
SQL
skills;
experience
with
Python
is
a
plus.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a
strong
ability
to
create
and
present
clear,
data
driven narratives
Experience
working
with
longitudinal
data
sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
Strong
communication
skills
with
the
ability
to
distill complex data into strategic insights
Comfort
working
with
global
teams
and
clients
in a fast-paced, evolving environment
