About The Role

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Create Excimer WIP jobs(Standard job/Non-standard job) based on the production plan and manager's direction.
Monitor WIP job progress, its value and complete them on Oracle.
Transact resources or materials when it's requested on a daily basis.
Perform various transactions on Oracle.
Review the material and value status of WIP jobs and close completed ones, working with finance.
Pick-release the orders of tubes in accordance with requested date to KDO and CIO.
Schedule newly created sales orders and reschedule them on an event basis.
Report the production qty and shipped qty on a monthly basis.
Create Minmax planning for Eximer and part usage forecast on a weekly basis.
Create IR/ISO and Purchasing Requisition, following weekly Min/Max for Excimer parts.
Monitor and report Inventory value trend, cost of raw materials from internal/external suppliers.
Communicate with GLS so that enough DGIs are in place for refurbishment.
Monitor BOM changes with ECO or MCO in order to reflect the changes when placing orders.
Calculate BOM cost on a monthly basis.
Communicate with GLS to adjust shipment schedules to customers, and release the sales orders for shipments on Oracle.

Education & Experience

Minimum 3 yrs experience in production planner and buyer
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related field

Oracle knowlege is a MUST

Skills

Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with teams, sponsors, management and business partner
Strong analytic and problem-solsing skill

Proficient in MS office applications, including Power BI

Working Conditions

Monday to Friday, Lunchtime 12:00-13:00 (40 hours per week)
