We're looking for full-time support in our packing department to complete the production process of packing high-quality frames. The ideal candidate will pride themselves on accuracy and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures that every order is prepared for timely delivery, supporting customer satisfaction and smooth warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

Confirm product to be packed matches the specifications on the work order.
Follow packing procedures to correctly label, package, and stage products for shipment.
Assist with folding and staging boxes for packing.
Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace through regular cleanup.
Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsPhysical Qualifications: Due to the nature of the work, this position requires the following:

Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching with hands and arms
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, operating tools, or using machinery
Must be able to lift or move up to 90 pounds as needed
Visual acuity required for detailed inspection and screen-based work
Must be able to see, hear, and respond to safety signals and equipment sounds
Verbal communication is required for meetings, team coordination, and safety protocols
Work is performed in a warehouse or production environment with exposure to dust, loud noises, and occasional chemical substances
Primarily an indoor role, with environmental conditions typical of a manufacturing or distribution setting
