About The Role

P&L and business management - Manage budgets, margins, and forecasting for your portion of the portfolio. Make resourcing and pricing decisions with full visibility into the numbers, not just the creative output.
People leadership - Manage and develop a team of consultants directly, including performance conversations, career development, and capacity planning. Share responsibility for hiring decisions and team structure as the office grows.
Client and account leadership - Hold senior relationships on a subset of our retainer clients, with the credibility to be the strategic counsel in the room, not just the delivery lead. Step in on escalations and high stakes moments.
Business development and network - Bring an existing network of relationships that can open doors independently of the agency's existing client base. Lead proposals and pitches from first conversation to signed contract, across sectors, not only through personal or CSO connections.
Strategic counsel - Apply structured thinking including understanding how integrated communications are being measured through PESO model, AMEC measurement, GEO (SXO) capability to solve client problems, and be a credible voice in new business conversations at the CMO or founder level.
