What You Bring

Essential Qualifications

6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities across sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, and closing candidates across a variety of roles

Experience helping build, improve, or scale talent acquisition practices in a growing organization, rather than only operating within established recruiting systems

Strong business judgment and the ability to translate a leader’s hiring need into a thoughtful recruiting strategy, including the confidence to challenge assumptions and recommend a different approach when needed

A builder mindset with the ability to identify what is not working, develop practical solutions, and create enough structure to help the organization scale without adding unnecessary complexity

Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment, shifting priorities when needed while maintaining ownership, follow through, and a high standard for the work

Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to earn trust with candidates and leaders while being clear, candid, and solutions oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in a multi-site, geographically distributed, or operationally complex organization
