Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday half-day until 12:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable
Maintenance Technician
to perform general maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Repair doors, fixtures, appliances, and other building components
Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualifications

Previous maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
Schedule & Pay
$20.00/hour
Monday–Thursday:

Friday:
Half-day, ending at 12:00 PM
