Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional
Leasing Agent
to assist residents and prospective residents with leasing and property-related needs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and be comfortable working in a professional, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and applications
Provide information about available units, amenities, policies, and procedures
Schedule and conduct property tours
Process rental applications and maintain accurate records
Communicate with current and prospective residents
Respond to questions and resolve concerns professionally
Assist with move-in and move-out processes
Maintain organized leasing and resident documentation
Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
