Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dependable
Warehouse Supervisor
to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or logistics leadership experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
Lead and support warehouse employees to meet productivity and quality goals
Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
Oversee receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, and material movement
Ensure products and materials are handled and stored properly
Monitor inventory and help maintain accurate records
Train employees on safety procedures and proper equipment operation
Enforce company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Address operational issues and communicate concerns to management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with forklift and general warehouse operations as needed
Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Forklift experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

1st Shift:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
2nd Shift:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM
