Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable
Custodian
to maintain clean, safe, and orderly buildings and common areas. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing a variety of cleaning and general maintenance-related tasks.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain offices, common areas, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
Clean windows, doors, fixtures, and other building surfaces
Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
Assist with basic upkeep of buildings and grounds as needed
Follow proper safety and cleaning procedures
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Qualifications

Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
