About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy in China. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships, and driving revenue in a highly competitive market.

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue across China.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Lead proposal development and presentation efforts to win new contracts and expand existing client relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and offerings.
Track and report on business development performance metrics, establishing goals and benchmarks for success.
Represent EnerMech at industry conferences, networking events, and other opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
Mentor and support the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the energy, industrial, or related sectors.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth in China, with a strong understanding of local markets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to make informed decisions.
Experience with managing cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
Fluency in English and Mandarin or other regional languages is highly desirable.
