Process Technician*8

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure statistical process control, yield and scrap cost tracking are established and maintained within the engineering subdivision to improve the process flow.
• Implement and develop yield improvements and perform troubleshooting of existing procedures where necessary.
• Enable and document improved process.
• Failure mode analysis for that subdivision and complete analysis in a timely fashion.

Qualification & Requirements

• 3 years or above related working experience
• Ability to use Excel, Word and PPT.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
• Ability to apply (statistical analysis tools such as distribution charts, histograms, SPC , trending etc)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written English is a must.
• Solid skills needed in product failure analysis and data analysis.
• Understand the mechanical drawing and basic design for jigs/fixtures.
• Train technician to improve work skill.
