As a Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our products. Your expertise in testing equipment and fault diagnosis will be utilized to guide rework processes and ensure the reliability of our offerings. You will collaborate closely with engineers and provide support for the testing system's establishment and maintenance. Additionally, you will offer technical training and guidance to production line operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Conduct thorough testing of products using power meters, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
• Diagnose faults and guide the rework process for defective products, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of the testing system, keeping it efficient and up-to-date.
• Provide testing and verification support to engineers, working collaboratively to meet quality standards.
• Offer technical support and training to production line operators, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of testing processes and results.
• Analyze test data and identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes as needed.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine testing protocols.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing equipment and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the testing environment.
• College degree or above in optics, semiconductors, electronics, or a related field.
• 3 years or more of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful testing and fault diagnosis.
• Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PPT for data analysis and documentation.
• Basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand and apply technical documentation.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools, including distribution charts, histograms, and SPC.
• Familiarity with basic testing equipment and the ability to operate and maintain them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and operators.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting project deadlines.
