Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Maintain service stations: Keep room service stations stocked and carts and trays clean, organized, and ready for the next service
• Prepare room service trays: Set up trays and ensure all items are accurately assembled to meet guest preferences
• Retrieve and transport service items: Collect used trays and dishes from guest rooms and transport them to the dishwashing area for cleaning
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
