Marketing Transformation Programme Manager

About The Role

Lead the programme management and mobilisation of the Marketing Transformation Programme across the Middle East, Malaysia, India, Vietnam and Thailand.

The role will bring structure, governance and momentum to a complex multi-market transformation by coordinating programme delivery, managing dependencies, driving executive decisions and ensuring successful implementation of the new Marketing Operating Model.

The Director of Growth Marketing owns the transformation strategy, operating model and executive relationships.

The Transformation & PMO Manager owns programme coordination, governance, planning and delivery discipline.

Within 12 months you will have helped deliver

  • Marketing Center of Excellence successfully established
  • Malaysia, India, Vietnam and Thailand transitioned into the new operating model
  • Governance and operating rhythm fully embedded

  • Business continuity maintained throughout the transformation
  • The Growth Marketing Director focused primarily on strategy and executive leadership rather than programme administration

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management

  • Own the integrated programme plan and roadmap
  • Manage milestones, dependencies and critical path
  • Maintain RAID, decision and action logs
  • Develop recovery plans where delivery is at risk
  • Track programme benefits and readiness

Governance & Executive Reporting

  • Coordinate Steering Committees and Programme Boards
  • Prepare executive dashboards and decision papers
  • Track decisions through to implementation
  • Ensure governance remains simple and effective

Market Transition

Coordinate the phased rollout across each region by

  • maintaining transition plans
  • coordinating recruitment and onboarding
  • tracking readiness
  • managing stakeholder actions
  • monitoring risks and dependencies

People, Change & Communications

Coordinate

  • HR transition activities
  • recruitment sequencing
  • stakeholder communications
  • change adoption
  • training and onboarding

Ensure implementation follows the agreed mobilisation sequence.

Programme Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
  • Identify conflicts and dependencies
  • Recommend priorities and sequencing
  • Escalate risks early
  • Protect business continuity throughout implementation

Required Experience

Essential

  • 7+ years in transformation programme management or PMO
  • Experience coordinating complex multi-country programmes
  • Executive reporting and governance experience
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Organisational change experience
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills
