As a Logistics Planning / Supply Chain Co-op Student, you will support day-to-day supply chain and planning activities while contributing to projects that help improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities may include

  • Assisting with inventory tracking and monitoring of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Supporting production planning activities to help ensure customer demand is met efficiently
  • Analyzing inventory levels and identifying potential supply shortages or excess inventory
  • Assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Collaborating with production, warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to support operational requirements
  • Preparing reports and analyzing supply chain data using spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Assisting with cycle counts, inventory audits, and material reconciliation activities
  • Participating in supply chain meetings and contributing insights based on data analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related post-secondary program
  • Eligible to participate in a co-op or work-integrated learning placement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Interest in manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
