• Ensure effective running of the transfer station.
• Operate the static compactor and liaising with drivers.
• Supervise the hitching up and disengaging of full and empty containers to and from compact and ensure safe operation.
• Ensure that container are ready for transporting by supervising the placement of the cages on the container.
• Keep record of number of containers filled each day.
• Supervision and control of staff.

Essentail Experience

• 2 Years relevant experience.

Preferred Experience

• 3 years relevant experience with 1 year supervisory experience.

Essential Qualifications

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent. , Valid motor vehicle driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Operations Management or Road Transportation or equivalent.
