Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle from target identification and outbound prospecting to product demonstrations and contract closure.

  • Identify, target, and convert new business logos across the Northwest Europe territory using strategic outreach and consultative selling.

  • Build and sustain high-trust relationships with industry prospects and internal cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate market expansion.

  • Deliver tailored, compelling live demonstrations of Kpler’s technology and market intelligence solutions.
  • -
  • Manage territory growth diligently, providing accurate forecasts and maintaining high operational discipline.

  • Collaborate closely with product teams, market analysts, and global sales colleagues to refine market offerings and win high-impact accounts.

Experience & Background

  • -
  • 5+ years of proven commercial experience within an Account Executive or Sales role.
  • -
  • Demonstrated track record working within a technology, software, or data vendor environment.
  • -
  • Fluency in English along with native/professional fluency in French or German.
  • -
  • Proven experience as a dedicated "hunter" with a strong passion for outbound sales and strategic client acquisition.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background or domain experience within the maritime or commodities sector.

  • Familiarity with sales enablement and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Experience managing trials and complex, multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations.
