The Sales Enablement Lead for Radiation Oncology Solutions (ROS) is responsible for equipping sales teams with the tools, training, content, and capabilities needed to effectively position and sell ROS products and solutions.

The Sales Enablement Lead focuses on execution of sales enablement strategy, leading a team, and ensuring that commercial teams are prepared to deliver consistent, value-based messaging and achieve strong customer engagement, adoption, and revenue outcomes. The position acts as a key connector across Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and regional sales teams, translating strategy into practical, field-ready enablement Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Execute global sales enablement priorities aligned with ROS commercial objectives and sales strategy
  • Operationalize enablement plans to support product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure consistent adoption of sales methodologies, messaging frameworks, and tools

Sales Content & Tools

  • Develop and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials, including:
  • Pitch decks and presentations
  • Value propositions and messaging guides
  • Competitive positioning and objection handling tools
  • AI powered tools
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product value into clear, field-ready content
  • Ensure enablement assets are easily accessible, current, and aligned to sales workflows

Training & Capability Development

  • Design and deliver global sales training programs
  • Build onboarding frameworks for new hires and continuous learning paths for existing teams
  • Establish certification programs to ensure consistent knowledge and capability levels

Product Launch Readiness

  • Drive sales readiness activities in support of new product introductions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure field teams are equipped ahead of launch
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness across messaging, training, and tools

Field Engagement & Feedback Loop

  • Partner closely with sales teams to understand field needs and challenges
  • Gather feedback on effectiveness of tools, messaging, and training
  • Continuously refine enablement approach based on market and field insights

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define and track key enablement KPIs (e.g., training completion, tool utilization, field readiness feedback)
  • Analyze impact of enablement programs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support Sales Operations with insights related to sales effectiveness and productivity

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of sales enablement professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.
  • Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with ROS objectives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support to team members.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, sales operations, or commercial roles
  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or radiation oncology strongly preferred
  • Proven experience developing sales training programs and enablement tools
  • Experience working with and managing global, cross-functional teams

Planned domestic or international travel up to 40% of the time.

The base pay range for this position is

$107,060 - $147,213

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
