Zonal Training Manager

Job Location: MadagascarAbout The Role:We are looking for an experienced training professional to strengthen field capability and learning across the zone. The Zonal Training Manager / Zonal Mentor will coordinate and deliver practical field training, oversee learning programs, and translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.The role works across Training, Sales, Collections, HR, and field teams to improve learning adoption, knowledge retention, field capability, and performance. This is a hands-on position with approximately 50% travel across assigned locations.
