About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented

HHA Compliance Coordinator

  • to join our growing home care team. This role is essential in ensuring that all Home Health Aides (HHAs) meet compliance standards and are fully cleared to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure all HHA files meet compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Verify medical documentation, including physicals, PPD/Quantiferon, immunizations, and other required clearances
  • Maintain and update caregiver records

  • accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor compliance expirations and proactively follow up with caregivers for renewals
  • Communicate with caregivers to collect missing documentation and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure caregivers are cleared to start cases
  • Assist with audits and ensure readiness for DOH and internal compliance reviews
  • Track and report compliance status, expirations, and deficiencies
  • Ensure all documentation is properly uploaded and maintained in the system

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in home care compliance required
  • Strong working knowledge

of

HHA

Exchange

  • Knowledge of HHA medical requirements and onboarding documentation
  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive and motivated work ethic
