SMT Process Engineer

Qualifications 1-2 years experience Engineering degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Experience in maintenance of electronic and automated equipment Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Understanding of safety and quality standards Good communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities Optimize SMT production processes to improve efficiency and yield Monitor and analyze key process parameters (printing, placement, reflow, etc.) Troubleshoot process defects such as soldering or component placement issues Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation Implement continuous improvement and cost reduction projects Work with quality and production teams to solve process-related problems Maintain process documentation and work instructions
