Cabin Crew Member (m/f/x)

Perform all duties related to the safety and security of our passengers and flight during normal, abnormal and emergency operations, Ensure an effective communication between cabin crew members and flight crew members according the applicable instructions for common language and terminology, Provide appropriate assistance to all types special category passengers, Provide appropriate first aid measures to all types of medical emergencies whether still on ground or inflight, Keep updated with all changes in regulations, documents and instructions provided by Luxair, if necessary update changes in own manuals, Ensure the wellbeing of our guest’s according to the applicable service instructions and the commercial communication guidelines in force, Act according to the current applicable regulations, instructions and take the necessary responsibilities when involved in the process of In-flight Sales on LUXAIR flights, Keep familiar with all available ways/forms of reporting, and communicate issues that occurred while on duty, be it irregularities, feedback, suggestions etc.
