Job DescriptionLead, execute, and coordinate business continuity projects for Hispanics markets within R&D Product and Packaging.Manage copackers on product, packaging, and process topics from the R&D perspective.Own complementary labeling guidelines for copackers and suppliers.2 Key Accountabilities (Specify required outputs from the role):ActivitiesMeasurement Criteria%For business continuity projects:Lead formula and packaging development, coordinating with Regulatory to ensure compliance.Lead the PLM process and coordinate risk analysis and approvals with the interdisciplinary team.Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze data, and generate reports.Approve theoretical nutrition facts for the copacker.Approve trial reports for the copacker.Approve formula, nutrition, and packaging specs in Agile.Approve artworks in Atlas from R&D Product and Packaging.I.
