Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The Kraft Heinz company is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer responsible for the delivery of maintenance processes and activities. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Kraft Heinz Egypt.Responsibilities Lead and implement Maintenance Kraft Heinz Management SystemSupervise maintenance technicians in charge of repairing production machines and equipmentInspect breakdowns and develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all problems that could affect plant operationsManage maintenance tools and equipment before production to ensure optimum level of safety and efficiencyExamine Machines’ remaining useful life, Asset utilization and overall equipment effectivenessSupport in the implementation of preventive maintenance programControl maintenance tools, stores and equipmentAssure Value Adding Maintenance activities and ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirementsSpare part warehouse and inventory managementManage all cascaded KPIs from maintenance manager such as maintenance cost, safety and quality KPIs Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations Manage, lead and motivate a multi-skilled technicians group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members, to meet company requirement regarding safety and quality.Ensuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables.Ensure timely completion of all corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeats of Service and Quality defects, and all audit non-conformances.Take responsibility for Performance Management of Team members, establishing clear objectives and continuously reviewing to ensure execution.Responsible for Maintenance budget adherence and providing year on year efficienciesAnalyze maintenance performance and recommends actions to improve performanceContributes to Engineering Projects in assigned area to ensure that maintainability, clear scope, cost effectiveness, and safety requirements are delivered.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in the same field – preferably in FMCGKnowledge in preventive maintenance scheduling and breakdown problems diagnosisGood Knowledge about manufacturing processes and practicesHACCP, GMP and Food Safety standardsLeadership skillsMicrosoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent Command of both Spoken and written Arabic and English
