Adult Services Clinician (KRCC - Work from Home/OP office)

POSITION : Adult Services Clinician COMPANY : Kentucky River Community Care WORKSITE : Work from Home/OP office (must live in KY and no more than 2 hour drive from Hazard, KY) SHIFT : Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Regular Full-Time CREDENTIALS REQUIRED : Must have either LCSW, LPCC, or be a Licensed Psychologist. SPECIAL SKILLS : Experience providing outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults with serious mental illness; Excellent computer skills related to an electronic medical record; Organized and able to meet deadlines for documentation requirements. JOB DUTIES : Provide assessments, screenings, treatment plans, and therapy to adults with behavioral health needs. Complete all required documentation in the electronic medical record according to agency and State guidelines. Collaborate with providers of other services such as case management, peer support, medication management, and community support.
