COMPENSATION & EARNINGS

• Competitive starting pay: $36-$40/hr
• Typical earnings: $90,000-$130,000 per year with bonus
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• ($2,500 after 90 days, $2,500 after 6 months)
• Monthly performance-based bonus on top of hourly rate
• No commission gimmicks, steady hourly pay plus bonus
• W-2 employees, no subcontractors

WORK STRUCTURE

• No weekends (Mon-Fri only), no on call
• Start and end your day from home, no driving to an office or shop
• Flexible schedule available (FT, PT, 4-day workweek)

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Major residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Common brands serviced include Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Bosch, KitchenAid, Maytag, Thermador, Miele, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and other major manufacturers.

• Minimum 1 year experience in appliance repair (sealed system experience not required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Background check required
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Physically able to lift and maneuver appliances as part of daily job duties
