German Customer Experience & Tech Support Advisor (Flexible Hours)

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience & Technical Support Advisor, you'll help German-speaking customers get the most from their devices and smart technology.

Your day-to-day will include

• Providing support via phone and email in German and English.
• Assisting customers with product setup and troubleshooting.
• Resolving connectivity and basic technical issues.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• German proficiency at B2/ B2H level.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in technology and consumer electronics.
• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, mobile devices, or connectivity is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Availability to work from our office in Sofia.
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 19:00.
