Job Summary This position is responsible for costing related Finance & Accounting activities Roles & Responsibilities Developing monthly MIS reports for measuring the Product/Customer/Territory level product margins, aiding pricing related decision making Updating cost on a daily basis in ERP to ensure best estimation of Gross Margin in Qlikview Running the entire Cost Transactions to check journal entries being generated, in order to identify errors in accounting, missing product characteristics, etc. Providing yield/usage analysis and Dept. wise comparison of budget vs actual Reviewing the absorption rates on a regular basis to correct the same to Actuals Reviewing the manufacturing efficiencies and reporting on operating processes & efficiencies Reporting on departmental expenses on a monthly basis compared with the Plans, including manpower and supply chain Supporting the Head-Factory and Head-Finance in the preparation of Capital Proposals Controlling the cycle count processing after due verification and approvals Working with the BU Finance in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan KPIs Timely updating of standard cost master and overhead absorption rates Timely preparation of FOH budget and Monthly GC reports Accuracy in inventory control and reporting On time and accurate reporting of all analyses as per job responsibilities Work Experience Requirement 5+ years of relevant experience from FMCG companies, or CA/ICWA with 2-3 years of experience Qualification Financial Quliafication Masters/PG Diploma (Finance) Competencies Project Costing Controlling costs Costing Management Inventory management Documentation and Reporting Communicating effectively Self and Team Management Planning & Decision Making Customer Centricity Ownership & Result Orientation
