Key Responsibilities Sales & Payment Operations: Assist clients with order preparation and advise them on achieving sales targets. Manage payment collections for cash orders and actively follow up on credit customer clearances. Team & Distributor Management: Direct and manage promoters on order collection for distributors, while educating them on key product features and benefits. Merchandising & Brand Visibility: Guide merchandisers on optimizing product displays to maximize brand awareness and shelf presence in major retail outlets. Market Intelligence: Gather market insights and advise management on emerging market trends, competitor pricing, and product penetration strategies. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: No prior experience required (Open to fresh graduates with a passion for sales and leadership). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
