Warehouse Specialist

工作职责：1. 库存管理：负责货物验收、入库、上架、盘点及出库核对，确保账实相符。 Inventory management: Oversee goods receiving, put-away, cycle counting, and outbound verification to ensure inventory accuracy. 2. 系统操作：使用WMS或ERP系统更新库存数据，生成出入库及盘点报告。 System operation: Update inventory data in WMS/ERP systems; generate inbound, outbound, and count reports. 3. 仓库5S与安全：执行5S标准（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养），检查消防设备及通道，排除安全隐患。 5S & safety: Implement 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain); inspect fire equipment and aisles to eliminate hazards. 4. 协调配合：与叉车司机、采购、质检部门协作，处理差异货物或退换货。 Coordination: Work with forklift drivers, procurement, and QC to resolve discrepancies or returns. 5. 文档管理：保管入库单、出库单、盘点表等原始凭证，确保可追溯。 Documentation: Maintain receiving sheets, shipping orders, and count records for full traceability. 6. 优化建议：针对库位布局、作业流程提出改进方案，提升效率。 Process improvement: Propose layout or workflow enhancements to boost efficiency. 任职资格：1. 教育背景：高中/中专及以上学历，物流、仓储管理相关专业优先。 Education: High school/Vocational school or above; Logistics/Warehouse management major preferred. 2. 经验要求： ・ 3年以上仓库管理经验（2名岗位中可接受1名有半年以上实习经验的优秀应届生）。 ・ 熟悉仓库进销存流程，有ERP/WMS操作经验者优先。 Experience: ・ 3+ year of warehouse experience (one of the two positions may consider strong fresh graduates with 6+ months internship). ・ Familiar with inventory flow; hands-on ERP/WMS experience preferred. 3. 技能要求： ・ 熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、基础公式）及仓库管理系统。 ・ 能处理中英文货品标签或基础英文单据。 ・ 具备基础数据核对与异常分析能力。 Skills: ・ Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and WMS. ・ Able to read bilingual or basic English product labels/documents. ・ Basic data verification and discrepancy analysis ability. 4. 无严重腰腿疾病，细致负责，服从排班。 no chronic back/leg issues; detail-oriented, responsible, and shift-flexible.
