Programme Development and Quality Director

Save the Children is seeking a Programme Development and Quality Director for its Sierra Leone Country Office. The Programme Development and Quality Director will provide strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Country Strategic Plan (CSP), ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration across the organization. The role is responsible for leading annual planning processes, tracking and reporting results, and ensuring the design and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and innovative programmes that improve outcomes for children. These programmes will contribute to Save the Children’s global breakthroughs, ensuring that children Learn, Survive, and Are Protected.
