• SCHNEIDER IT MANAGEMENT is an independent company headquartered in Luxembourg.
• We specialize in consulting and sales of software licenses, online services and their management.
• We are looking for an expert in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) or working remotely from Germany, Belgium or France to expand our team as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor for VMware customers.
• Design, assess and optimize VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
• Architect VMware infrastructure, modernization, migration and adoption strategies.
• Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions and architecture discussions.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including solution design and customer presentations.
• Define and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations and transformation projects.
• Work closely with Broadcom, distributors and partner organizations.
• Help build and grow our VMware and Broadcom practice.

Your profile

• Strong recent hands-on VMware experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Solid knowledge of vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, lifecycle management and upgrades.
• Good working knowledge of recent VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) versions.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting, architecture, implementation or advanced support.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customer IT teams and decision-makers.
• Motivation to grow within the Broadcom VMware ecosystem and become a Broadcom Knight.
• English required; German, French and Luxembourgish are strong advantages.
