About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Product Interns to join our Product & Integrations team and support the execution of key SuperApp and digital experience initiatives. The role will provide hands-on exposure to product planning, documentation, user journey analysis, competitor research, and coordination with design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• *Assist in preparing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and flowcharts
• *Conduct competitor and market research
• *Support in sprint planning and QA coordination
• *Help document platform behavior and test cases
• *Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track execution
• *Assist in maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting

Preferred Skills

• *Strong written and verbal communication
• *Understanding of digital/mobile product lifecycle
• *Basic familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, or Figma is a plus
• *Curiosity to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
