Salary: €34,762.69 – €40,418.19 per annum

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll support individuals with their daily lives while promoting independence, dignity, choice and community participation.

You'll

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Support daily living activities and personal care.
Promote independence, dignity and individual choice.
Support participation in community activities.
Maintain accurate care records.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety policies.

What You'll Need

QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support, equivalent healthcare qualification, OR QQI Level 6 Social Care/Nursing qualification.
Experience supporting adults with disabilities is desirable.
Full manual driving licence or currently working towards one.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Compassionate and professional approach to care.
Candidates with relevant care experience who are willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support may also be considered.
