Communication Therapist | Leinster
Location: Leinster
- Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term | Full-Time, 39 Hours
- Salary: From €43,268 per annum (€21.34 per hour), DOE

- Are you a Communication Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) or Speech Therapist looking to develop your career within Adult Disability Services?
- 3Q Recruitment is recruiting a CORU Registered Communication Therapist / Speech and Language Therapist to support adults across specialist disability services in Leinster.
- This role is ideal for an experienced SLT passionate about improving communication, promoting independence and delivering person-centred support.
- You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting adults with a range of communication needs across services throughout Leinster.
The Role
As a Communication Therapist / SLT, you'll assess individual communication needs and deliver evidence-based interventions that support independence, participation and quality of life.
You'll
- Complete Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions.
- Conduct communication and competency assessments.
- Develop person-centred communication support plans.
- Support communication, participation and independence.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, families and support staff.
- Provide communication strategies to frontline teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Deliver services in line with CORU standards and best practice.
What You'll Need
- Recognised Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Current CORU Registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
- Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage your own caseload.
- Full clean Irish driving licence, access to a vehicle and appropriate business insurance.
- Experience within Adult Disability Services and IASLT membership are desirable.
