Location: Leinster

• Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term | Full-Time, 39 Hours
• Salary: From €43,268 per annum (€21.34 per hour), DOE

• Are you a Communication Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) or Speech Therapist looking to develop your career within Adult Disability Services?
• 3Q Recruitment is recruiting a CORU Registered Communication Therapist / Speech and Language Therapist to support adults across specialist disability services in Leinster.
• This role is ideal for an experienced SLT passionate about improving communication, promoting independence and delivering person-centred support.
• You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting adults with a range of communication needs across services throughout Leinster.

The Role

As a Communication Therapist / SLT, you'll assess individual communication needs and deliver evidence-based interventions that support independence, participation and quality of life.

You'll

• Complete Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions.
• Conduct communication and competency assessments.
• Develop person-centred communication support plans.
• Support communication, participation and independence.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams, families and support staff.
• Provide communication strategies to frontline teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Deliver services in line with CORU standards and best practice.

What You'll Need

• Recognised Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Current CORU Registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
• Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage your own caseload.
• Full clean Irish driving licence, access to a vehicle and appropriate business insurance.
• Experience within Adult Disability Services and IASLT membership are desirable.
