Senior Specialist - HSE Subsea

Direct and coordinate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities for Milaha’s Subsea Services Department, covering both onshore and offshore operations. Ensure that all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and client requirements while fostering a strong safety culture among stakeholders. Serve as the primary HSE liaison for departmental projects, collaborating with clients to ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental standards. Ensure that subsea services operations, including Diving, ROV, and Survey, adhere to Milaha Offshore & Marine policies and client-specific frameworks. Oversee training, engagement, and performance evaluations of project stakeholders to align with company and client safety protocols.
