The Opportunity At Alera Group, our Property & Casualty team partners with businesses to identify risks, protect assets, and deliver insurance solutions that support long-term success. As an Account Executive , you'll help build trusted client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and provide proactive guidance that helps clients confidently navigate an evolving risk landscape. Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships by delivering responsive, proactive client service. Partner with producers, account managers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver customized insurance solutions. Manage day-to-day account activity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Coordinate renewals, policy changes, certificates, endorsements, claims support, and other client service activities, as applicable. Identify opportunities to improve client service, strengthen relationships, and support business growth. Leverage agency management systems and technology to maintain accurate client information and workflow efficiency. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and carrier offerings to better support clients. Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional client experiences. Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, client service, account management, underwriting, claims, sales support, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems. Licensure: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an independent insurance agency or brokerage. Experience with Applied Epic or other Agency Management Systems. Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, CRM, CPCU, ARM, or similar. Experience supporting commercial or personal lines clients.
