About the Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you will:
Operate within our service region, based out of Pukekohe
Perform unsupervised field and workshop work while adhering to all safety procedures and company standards
Service and repair a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment
Conduct inspections and provide repair recommendations
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to a high standard
Participate in ongoing training and development

Identify hazards and actively contribute to a safe working environment
Maintain equipment and tools to a high safety standard

What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical Trade qualification
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using modern techniques
Experience repairing and reconditioning machinery systems
Well-organised with accurate paperwork skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven experience working on John Deere equipment would be a strong advantage
