Customer Development Assistant Manager

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain daily communication and relationship with the procurement and procurement assistant teams at Busy Ming Group headquarters, building a stable and trust-based partnership
• Respond promptly to client needs, coordinate internal resources to resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction

1. Product Sampling & Listing Follow-up

• Manage the sampling process for new and key products to Busy Ming Group headquarters, follow up on sample review, collect feedback, and drive adjustments and optimization
• Oversee the entire product listing process, including quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and system data entry, to ensure smooth product launch
• Track post-launch sales performance and provide timely market feedback

1. Daily Supply Chain Operations

• Follow up on daily supply chain tasks including order processing, shipment arrangement, and delivery confirmation to ensure stable supply
• Coordinate and resolve after-sales issues such as near-expiry products, returns/exchanges, and quality complaints
• Monitor inventory turnover and work with the client on replenishment plans to avoid stockouts or overstock

1. Business Target Achievement

• Assist the team in developing sales plans and promotional strategies for the Busy Ming channel
• Track monthly/quarterly/annual sales target progress, analyze data, and propose improvement recommendations
• Support execution of promotional activities, display optimization, and other in-store sell-through initiatives

1. Other Responsibilities

• Collect competitive intelligence within the channel and produce regular analysis reports
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

/ Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, any major
• 2+ years of working experience; FMCG / food & beverage industry experience preferred
• Experience in KA account management, channel operations, or supply chain management preferred
• Based in Changsha; willing to travel occasionally

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with or at Busy Ming Group (Busy Snack / Zhao Yiming Snack), other snack retail chains, or bulk discount retail channels
• Background with brand owners or distributors in the food, beverage, or snack industry
• Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems; proficient in Excel for data analysis
• Some negotiation experience and commercial acumen
