Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirit offerings
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations
• Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible service of alcohol
• Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies

QualificationsRequirements

• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
• Alcohol service certification (state/local requirement)
• Prior bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
• Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
