🧽 What You'll Be Doing

Cleaning resident apartments
Cleaning and maintaining community common areas
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Cleaning resident bathrooms and kitchens
Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
Emptying trash and replacing liners
Restocking housekeeping supplies
Maintaining housekeeping carts and equipment
Following infection control and safety procedures
Reporting maintenance concerns and safety hazards
Providing friendly and professional customer service to residents and guests

QualificationsExperience in any of the following environments is preferred:

Senior Living Communities
Assisted Living Facilities
Independent Living Communities
Healthcare Facilities
Hospitals
Hotels and Hospitality
Resorts
Commercial Cleaning Services
Apartment Communities

Additional experience is a plus:

Floor care
Carpet cleaning
Healthcare housekeeping
Infection control procedures
Apartment turn cleaning
Customer service

📋 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning, or customer service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the workday
